ISOTEK A multi-species building concept: pig, veal, poultry

ISOTEK is a multi-species building concept: pig, veal and poultry. This building, unique in France, is designed around two major improvements for farmers and for society:

Technical-economic: energy savings, improving longevity of materials and obtaining better health and hygiene conditions
Environmental: modular, scalable, optimised and 100%-recyclable building

The ISOTEK building is a construction model based on the combination of several noble materials that have been tested and approved over time, in order to ensure the longevity of the building. It is mounted on traditional but simplified reinforced walled concrete (no concrete blocks for laying the structural columns). Its wire mesh frame (structure) is made up of profiles that are bolted together.

The structure can therefore be disassembled, and is modular and scalable, thus responding to the constraints and demands of all concerned, both today and tomorrow. The exterior walls and ceiling are insulated with the ISOTEK+ panel, developed especially for this purpose, and the barn dividers are made of recycled PVC panels, products that have proved their worth in industrial facilities (slaughterhouses, cold rooms, etc.) and in the fittings of stalls.
